Energy Demand With Urbanization
With the world over increase in urbanization, energy demand has only increased up to the highest consumable level. Everything from crude oil to natural gas has tripled their prices as the demand and supply of the commodities do not match. Energy has its many forms, which are used in our day to day life. The solar energy now has a lot to devices for its transformation and so this renewable source has its buyer, but slowly catching up though. The other sources like hydropower, natural gas, and biofuel are the upcoming sources as they can be renewed.
Presently, we are using the exhaustible energy in our daily use, which will get over if the same demand stays. The energy demand is increasing due to more industrial usage and high technological advancements. Life has just started to be too busy that we even think of walking without consuming oil or too comfortable, to switch off our lights during a midsummer day. All this will save energy even in bits and will help us save for the future.
Also, the government advices the use of public transport just to meet the energy demands of today and similarly plan for tomorrow.
